Use of the okadaph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is a mandatory legal requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
The okadaph Platform is operated and made available for use by players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Platform is legal under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the okadaph Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts by any one individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, okadaph reserves the right to close all but one Account, withhold any Bonuses credited to duplicate Accounts, and void transactions associated with duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes. okadaph will never request your password or full OTP code through any communication channel. You must notify okadaph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
okadaph reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — is mandatory before the processing of withdrawal requests above prescribed thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
Players may fund their okadaph Account using supported payment methods, which include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okadaph does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed on the same banking day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days.
All transactions on the okadaph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okadaph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
okadaph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or that is otherwise irregular. In such circumstances, okadaph may freeze the relevant Account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by okadaph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus or winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game types will be specified in each promotion's specific terms.
okadaph reserves the right to withhold, void, or forfeit any Bonus where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "advantage play"); collusion with other players; or any other activity deemed by okadaph to be an exploitation of promotional offers.
okadaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification shall not adversely affect Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account and in the process of being wagered.
All games offered on the okadaph Platform are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
All RNG-based games on the okadaph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Game results are not manipulated by okadaph. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game providers.
Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by real dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical events and are not controlled by okadaph or its software systems.
Sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook terms and rules. Bets are accepted at okadaph's discretion. okadaph reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or where irregularities are detected in the relevant event or market.
In the event of any technical fault, game malfunction, or disputed outcome, okadaph's decision — made in good faith and based on available technical records — shall be final and binding. Game content, including game mathematics, graphics, and associated assets, is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property protections. okadaph operates under licence agreements with all content providers represented on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okadaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether okadaph had been advised of their possibility.
okadaph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okadaph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Platform or any content thereon. While okadaph uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform's availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The collection, use, and processing of personal data in connection with your use of the okadaph Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okadaph processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Player data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

You may close your okadaph Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any pending bonus wagering obligations.
okadaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms, okadaph reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including any Bonus amounts and winnings derived from prohibited activities.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and okadaph arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting okadaph's customer support team. okadaph will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process above, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
okadaph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okadaph will provide reasonable notice to Players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform, displaying an in-platform notification, or communicating via email or SMS to the registered contact details on your Account.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
